30-Year Mortgage Rates Fall
The 30-year fixed-rate mortgage decreased for the first time in more than a month, landing at an average 6.69% for the week ending June 21, down from last week's 6.74% average, according to Freddie Mac's weekly survey. The mortgage averaged 6.71% a year ago. More |
